Are you ready to further shape the future of HR? Enza Zaden is looking for a Vice President Human Resources (VP HR) who’s ready to lead with flair and finesse. Join our global team.

Your power

With at least 5 years in a senior HR management position and experience in a high research business that has gone through a digital transformation you craft and execute HR strategies to drive organizational success and foster a culture of excellence across our global organization. The knowledge you bring of HR best practices and extensive experience with business partnering, change management and organizational development helps you to build solid relations within Enza Zaden and enable you to have a strategic outlook, exceptional leadership acumen, customer-centric focus, the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and be decisive. As a strong leader, you easily inspire and encourage your team members on which direction to take and guide your teams through the ongoing growth of Enza Zaden.

You are responsible for a team of ~70 employees.

As VP HR you report to the CEO and serve him and the Board as a key advisor on all HR related matters.

Major responsibilities:

• Lead HR Strategically
• Build Talent Supply
• Build an engaged workforce
• Build a learning organization and culture
• Ensure Organizational Effectiveness and Facilitate Change
• Compensation and Benefits
• HR Technology and Data Analytics

In short you;

• have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• have at least 15 years progressive working experience in HR leadership roles and had the end responsibility for HR expertise areas for a business in at least two specific areas
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams, coaching executives and executive teams.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of driving (technological enabled) HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Experience working in family-owned companies, in developing Next Generation shareholders, and in building relationship with RvC, within a global or multinational environment.
