As Senior Communications Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that communication supports business goals, enhances understanding, and drives engagement. You will bring a structured, insight-driven approach to communication, supporting functional leaders in telling consistent stories across our global organization. 

This is a key role within our Internal Communications team, where you’ll work closely with the functional organizations to develop and deliver tailored communication strategies that help teams navigate change, understand priorities, and contribute to shared success. 

You will bring a structured, insight-driven approach to communication, helping to translate business strategies into clear, actionable narratives. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to shape and deliver communication strategies that inform, inspire, and drive change. 

In this role, you will be responsible for 

• Advising senior leaders on internal communication strategies aligned with business goals. 

• Leading communication for change initiatives, including frameworks and toolkits. 

• Developing messaging for executive-level communications (e.g., Board updates, town halls). 

• Translating business needs into actionable content plans. 

• Ensuring consistency across internal and external messaging. 

• Coordinating with content, brand, and digital teams for aligned delivery. 

• Mentoring mid-level colleagues and contributing to team capability building. 

Your team and workplace 
You’ll report to the Manager Internal Communications and collaborate closely with functional leadership, Change Management, and creative teams (Content, Brand, Digital). While the role has a global scope, you will be based in Enkhuizen, working in a hybrid setup with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. 

What you bring as our future colleague 

• Proven track record (5+ years) in strategic internal communication planning and execution. 

• Strong stakeholder management and business acumen. 

• Hands-on experience with change communication and advising senior leadership (C-suite). 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. 

• Excellent command of the English and Dutch language. 

• Data-driven, forward-thinking, and collaborative mindset and cross-functional coordination skills.
