Constantly want to improve Enza Zaden’s processes and systems through continuous improvement method(s) and support Process Managers in Finance in identifying, selecting and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities?

Currently we are looking for a Continuous Improvement & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist. In this role, you'll be encouraged to challenge the norm, investigate ideas, and come up with creative solutions resulting in impact for our organisation. The primary responsibility for this role is to find, evaluate, prioritize and implement solutions that provide measurable improvements in our global Finance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our global stakeholders (IT and Finance) to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Support (Process) Managers in assessment of potential improvement opportunities in their processes using LEAN and involving RPA.

• Lead or collaborate in global process improvement projects within Finance.

• Provide digital and lean expertise in improving quality in the services delivered from the Finance function.

• Deliver process automation through RPA, using Power Automate

Your Power

• Thorough knowledge of and experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Strong drive to create an atmosphere of continuous improvement.

• Experience in continuous improvement processes.

• Experience in a process automation and/or RPA role.

• Experience achieving results in an international environment, with appreciation of differences in culture.

• Ability to work with automation programs, preferably Microsoft Power Automate

• Ability to constructively challenge assumptions and thinking.

• Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.

• Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
