• You will lead and develop a new team within the R&D organization.

• You will have a direct impact on decision-making through data insights and reporting.

• You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive data governance initiatives.

In this role, you will work in an innovative and fast-moving R&D environment where data is key to driving business success. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading, developing, motivating, and coaching your team members.

• Lead and ensure fulfillment of all reporting needs for the assigned function in alignment with the Global R&D Leadership Team and the Global I&D Data Lab.

• Implementing data governance in R&D according to the Global I&D Data Lab program, ensuring data quality and master data management.

• Coordinating global key users for R&D in collaboration with leadership teams.

• Aligning with stakeholders across functions and ensuring effective communication at all levels.

• Acting as the key contact for I&D Data Lab and Competence Center, participating in monthly reviews and projects.

• Driving continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting, fostering a data-driven mindset across the organization.

• Leading training programs on data and reporting for both analysts and general users.

As Manager Data Analytics & Reporting, you will report to the Global Manager R&D Project Portfolio, Processes & Data and play a crucial role in building the DAR team over the coming years.

• Strong background in R&D, Business Intelligence, Data Management, and Governance.

• A clear vision on agile ways of working and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into actionable data insights and reports.

• Hands-on mentality with a solid technical skill set to make a quick start 

• Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and people management skills.

• Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.

• Ability to lead change, drive continuous improvement, and initiate process optimizations.
