In line with Enza Zaden's Seed Operations expansion strategy, we are presently enhancing our Engineering team by welcoming Project Managers with varying levels of experience. Make a difference as a (Junior) Project Manager
As a (Junior) Project Manager in Engineering, you will:
Lead CAPEX projects from concept to implementation in Seed Processing;
Oversee change management, project commissioning, validation, and the achievement of project objectives;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, project sponsors, and managers;
Identify and address risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement across all project aspects;
Manage comprehensive project documentation and progress reporting;
Provide guidance in developing business cases and advocate for continuous improvement through Stage Gate methodologies and global engineering standards.
You’ll be part of an innovative and growing team based in Enkhuizen, delivering project management services to our processing sites worldwide.
What you bring as a future colleague
A bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering;
Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects in an operational environment (entry-level applicants are also welcome);
Familiarity with Stage Gate project management, LEAN, and continuous improvement methods;
Solid knowledge of validation principles (VMP, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, SAT, PQ);
IPMA or PMI certification (preferred);
Proficiency in English and Dutch; German is a plus;
Willingness to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally.
Your effective communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit will empower you to manage multiple projects seamlessly and adapt to dynamic challenges.
