Smartwares Group is looking for an passionate and energetic Forecasting & Pricing Specialist E-Commerce. In a rapidly growing E-Commerce business operating internationally, you are the guiding light when it comes to defining, implementing and optimizing our online forecasting & pricing strategy. As part of the E-Commerce team (B2B & B2C), you will report into the Director E-Commerce and support the rest of the team in driving our daily business. You will closely partner with Business Control and Supply Chain to make sure that products will always be on stock and that total stock levels remain healthy. You will become an eye-to-eye business partner of our support contacts at different Marketplaces. You are quick to adapt, responding well to change and constantly working towards new and better solutions. Multi-tasking comes easily to you, and the idea that every day can be different gives you energy. You have an eye for detail, and you like coming up with creative solutions to complicated problems even it means challenging the status-quo.

What are the responsibilities?

• Plan, drive and optimize daily demand, profitability and availability in all active Marketplaces
• Crunch, analyze and convert numbers into commercial and actionable insights for the team
• Ensure laser focus on all key KPIs though pro-active reporting and continuous follow up
• Act as the linking pin between the team and supporting departments, ensure full transparency
• Be the central owner of ‘your topics’ internally and towards different Marketplaces

Profiel kandidaat

What are we looking for?

• You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, business administration or equivalent
• You have 0-2 years of experience in an analytical role with commercial involvement
• You like to have commercial impact based on solid data analysis and a bit of gut feel
• You are a self-starter who is motivated to get things done and has a true can do mentality
• You are a strong communicator who interacts easily and knows how to convince others
