We are looking for a strategic and action-oriented Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of decarbonization initiatives across our global agricultural supply chains. This role focuses on reducing the GHG footprint of our agricultural raw materials through verified on-farm emissions reductions, climate-smart regenerative practices, and nature-based solutions.
In this role, you will oversee the development, verification, monitoring, and reporting of decarbonization efforts across a diverse product portfolio including cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices, supporting ofi’s SBT commitments and broader Choices for Change strategy. You will serve as ofi’s key subject matter expert on agricultural decarbonization, guiding sustainability teams in the origins, solving implementation challenges, and developing tools and methods that deliver climate, and business value. You will work closely with our GHG modelling and digital teams to ensure our tools are effective at quantifying impact, and collaborate with origin teams and data experts to ensure data integrity and utility.
Additionally, you will help unlock business value through credible GHG reductions and removals, supporting the creation of new climate programs and customer offerings and proposals to secure project funding. You will collaborate with ofi’s finance for sustainability team to fulfill voluntary and mandatory GHG reporting requirements for agricultural operations, aligned on sectorial frameworks and standards.
- Oversee existing and new decarbonization projects across ofi’s supply chains, aligned with our Choices for Change strategy and meeting customers’ needs.
-
Lead implementation and scaling of GHG reduction and removal programs across multiple origin countries, with a focus on smallholder systems.
-
Drive and support decarbonisation assurance and verification including compliance with leading sectorial standards for GHG reductions and removals across our product portfolio.
-
Report progress on supply chain climate action internally and externally, including to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
-
Support development of climate-related customer offerings and proposals, including low-carbon products and services.
-
Contribute to broader sustainability goals, including farmer livelihoods, biodiversity, and regenerative agriculture.
This position can be filled either in our London office, or our Amsterdam office, provided you contain a valid right to work for this location.
