Your responsibilities:
- Invoice Management
- Document Drafting and Filing
- Valuation Instructions
- Data Collection
- Collection and Management of Documents related to ESG matters
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of press releases
- Office Management
- Manage Travel Arrangements for the Team
- Cost and Expense Management
Your profile:
- Basic knowledge of property appraisal
- Practical experience in real estate financing administration
- Good knowledge of databases (CRM, etc.)
- Confident handling of standard software (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Native Dutch speaker with the ability to communicate effectively in Englisch
- Effective communication and a Strong team collaboration behavior
- Positive service and quality-oriented behavior
- Motivation for high performance and a structured way of working
- Profit and cost-oriented behavior
