As a Warehouse worker in DHL, you’ll start out with a 6-week basic training, rotating through various departments within a modern distribution warehouse. The work is hands-on and requires a high level of accuracy and physical effort, as you’ll be moving and preparing spare parts for worldwide delivery.
You will work in a 2-shift system:
- 06:00–15:00
- 15:00–23:00
with occasional night shifts (21:00–06:00).
Your main responsibilities include:
- order picking using EPT
- loading and unloading goods
- sorting and stacking products on pallets
- operating warehouse systems and basic quality control

You’ll be part of the DHL Supply Chain team in Kampen. The warehouse is all about precision, efficiency and teamwork, with a focus on storing, managing, and shipping spare parts for engines and propulsion systems around the world. The team is international and values reliability and collaboration, making sure every shipment meets high standards and deadlines. You’ll notice a friendly and structured work environment where safety gear is mandatory and everyone looks out for each other.
Wat wij vragen
- Private accommodation in the Netherlands
- Able to communicate in English or Dutch
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG) required
- Certificates for forklift, reach truck, or EPT are a plus
- Experience in logistics, warehouse assistant, order picker, or similar roles is an advantage

Wat wij bieden
- Salary starting at €15.00 per hour, up to €22.50 with allowances
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to €9.30 per day
- Paid breaks: two 15-minute and one 30-minute break each shift
- Safe and comfortable working conditions (18°C, full safety gear provided)
