As a Warehouse Employee at DHL Supply Chain in Weert, you will be a vital part of the logistics process, helping ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your tasks will include picking, receiving, stock control, and more. There is a strong focus on internal development, and you will have the opportunity to quickly gain experience in various parts of the warehouse. Prior experience with MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is a significant advantage.

Wat wij vragen

Experience in logistics or warehouse work
You must have EU citizenship or a Dutch residence and work permit.
Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level)
Valid Dutch certificate for MHE (forklift, reach truck, EPT) preferred
Good physical condition and motivation to work
Availability to work in two shifts: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00
Willingness to work overtime and potentially on weekends (after initial weeks)
Availability for a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)

Wat wij bieden

Competitive hourly wage of €14.60
130% shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 24:00
Overtime compensation up to 200% based on the day and time
Weekend bonuses: +50% on Saturdays and double pay (100%) on Sundays
Travel reimbursement up to €9.30 per day (€0.23/km)
Paid vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
