Over de functie

As a Warehouse Employee, you will work in DHL’s modern logistics center in Rotterdam, where you’ll handle incoming and outgoing parcels for national and international delivery. The tasks include loading and unloading trucks, sorting packages by destination, and preparing shipments for delivery. The work is physical and takes place mainly during evening and night shifts. Accuracy, teamwork, and reliability are key in this role.

Wat wij vragen

• Basic English or Dutch communication skills

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

• Driving license (B) preferred

• Availability for evening/night shifts and possible weekend work

• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Wat wij bieden

• Hourly wage: €14.40 gross

• Night shift allowance: +30% (00:00 – 06:00)

• Overtime allowance: 150–200% depending on the day/time

• Holiday allowance: 200% when working on national holidays

• Travel reimbursement: €3.41–€13.80 one way (depending on distance)

• Work hours: 32–35 hours per week

• Long-term position with performance-based salary increase

• Work shoes provided by Carrière; safety vest and badge provided by DHL
