Over de functie

As an Inhouse Recruiter, you are responsible for attracting and selecting employees for multiple inhouse locations within logistics and production. Working primarily from our central location in Rotterdam, you will also frequently visit client sites to understand their operations and culture. This enables you to recruit effectively, advise accurately, and select the right candidates.

Actively search, screen, and select candidates for operational roles
Create and manage job postings across various channels
Build and maintain a talent pool
Regularly visit client locations to stay connected with their operations
Collaborate closely with inhouse teams
Contribute to recruitment campaigns and social media content
Process data in the ATS and report on outcomes

You will work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours depending on client visits and priorities.

Wat wij vragen

MBO+ or HBO education level
Experience in recruitment, preferably within the temp, inhouse, or logistics environment
Fluent in English (Dutch advantageous)
Affinity with logistics and/or production
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
Experience with recruitment tools and social media is a plus

Salary between € 2,600 and € 3,138 per month
