The University of Aruba is looking for a flexible, independent, and driven professional to join our team as a Project & Development Officer. Key responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of institution-wide policies and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate and execute projects across departments, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Conduct research and analysis to support policy development and decision-making.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with academic and administrative units to enhance institutional processes and outcomes.
Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to strenghten organizational learning and capacity building.
Assist in developing frameworks, processes, and tools that enhance institutional effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for institutional (people) development.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within a dynamic educational environment.

What we offer

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. The appointment is offered for a contract period of one to three years, with the possibility of extension based on a positive performance evaluation and unchanged organizational conditions. The salary is in accordance with the remuneration scheme of the University of Aruba.

The University of Aruba offers attractive employment conditions, including 25 vacation days, 13 ATV days, a vacation allowance, a pension plan, and additional health insurance.
