Over de functie

As a production worker, you play a central role in processing fresh vegetables and fruit. Your day starts between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m. in the state-of-the-art production hall, where you work alongside enthusiastic colleagues. Every day is different—sometimes you peel carrots, other times you slice peppers or check the packaging of ready-made salads. Everything revolves around quality and teamwork.

Your main tasks include:

Processing raw vegetables and fruit, such as peeling and removing seeds
Manually or mechanically cutting vegetables and fruit
Carefully packing and repacking products
Finishing salads and other dishes on the production line
Manually filling containers according to instructions
Checking the correct weight and ensuring products have the right labels
Making sure packaging and seals are secure
Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools

You work from Monday to Saturday with two days off each week, offering a flexible 5-day work schedule. Shifts are during the day, with start times between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m. and finishing between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.

Wat wij vragen

You have mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
You preferably have 0 to 2 years of experience as a production worker, operator, or similar role
You speak and understand Dutch or English well enough to follow instructions
You are precise, hands-on, and enjoy practical work
You live within 50 km of Ridderkerk and can travel to the location independently
You are flexible and available for day shifts
You are a team player
