Production Operator with Technical Skills

For our client, a producer and supplier of packaging materials who also designs sustainable custom packaging for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and beyond, we are looking for a production worker with technical insight.

The role

As a production worker, you are indispensable in the production process. You will work with various machines, carry out packing and quality control tasks, and ensure that production runs smoothly. Thanks to your technical insight, you can quickly resolve minor malfunctions and actively contribute ideas for improving work processes.

Responsibilities

• Operating and setting up various production machines
• Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions
• Performing packing and quality control activities
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
• Contributing ideas to make processes more efficient

Profile

• You have technical insight and a practical mindset
• Experience with machines or in a production environment is a plus
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
• You are proactive, take initiative, and are a real team player
• Willingness to work full-time day shifts (38 hours per week)
