As a Production Operator at Snack Connection in Bergschenhoek, you will be an essential part of our production line. Your daily work focuses on operating packaging machines efficiently and ensuring our nut-based snacks meet the high standards our customers expect. You will work in a modern, bustling production facility alongside a dedicated team, with a focus on maintaining equipment and ensuring smooth operations. Your main responsibilities include:

Operating packaging machines and keeping production running smoothly
Performing quality checks to guarantee our products meet standards
Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the equipment
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
Collaborating with your team to solve production issues quickly and effectively

You will work full-time in a 3-shift system, from Monday to Friday. The shifts are as follows: Morning shift 6:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m., Afternoon shift 2:00 p.m. - 10:45 p.m., Night shift 10:00 p.m. - 6:45 a.m. Occasionally, you may be asked to work on weekends, for which you will receive extra pay.

Wat wij vragen

At least 1 year of experience in a production environment, preferably in food manufacturing or as a machine operator
Ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging machines
Good spoken English to communicate within the team
Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and occasionally on weekends

Salary starts at €15.65 per hour and can increase to €15.97 per hour based on experience
+19% shift allowance for working in 3 shifts
