Over de functie

Working as a Production Worker in Roermond is a versatile role where you will work daily with modern installations. Your responsibilities include:

Maintaining and setting up machines
Solving minor malfunctions and ensuring a smooth production process
Performing quality checks during production
Collaborating with colleagues on the shop floor to achieve the best results

Working hours:

Daytime shifts from Monday to Friday, between 07:30 and 16:15.

Weekend work is rare and comes with additional pay.

After a few weeks, you will have the opportunity to transition to a 5-shift system, which includes significantly higher compensation – a 128% shift allowance.

Education level: VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) or similar
Technical insight or experience in a comparable role
Accuracy and a strong eye for quality
Willingness to learn and develop yourself further
Good command of English, both spoken and written (Dutch is an advantage)
