The Role

With a fast growing database containing over half a million product SKUs we’ve a lot of product data to manage. 

We’re looking for a spreadsheet obsessed Product Data Manager to join our fast growing team based out of Amsterdam (as part of Peecho, one of Prodigi’s horizontally integrated brands). The role is ideal for someone with e-commerce, supply chain or business analysis experience looking for a hands-on startup role where you will have autonomy to drive significant change. 

 

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for: 

• Managing and maintaining product data across multiple regions and multiple partners. 

• Using data modelling to forecast revenue for different products and regions

• Benchmarking and price analysis to help positioning new product launches

• Overseeing the launch of new products and implementation of new technology and systems.

In this role, you will be leading an important function, overseeing the performance of our product portfolio across the Globe and ensuring we continue to bring as many products to market, as quickly as possible, then distributing them as cost-effectively as possible.

 

Role 

• Maintaining product technical documentation and the product databases that support our global dropshipping network.

• Providing day-to-day relationship management with our existing trade partners and proactively developing new relationships as we scale around the world.

• Managing day-to-day relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting them with product information.

• Coordinating the release of new products with internal stakeholders to ensure they are successfully launched to clients.

• Leading research and development of new tools and models to scale the business

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a data management facing role

• A high level of literacy, numeracy & attention to detail

• A creative personality with a positive attitude towards finding solutions

• Exceptional planning & organisational skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly evolving environment

• Highly analytical and able to use data to solve problems

• Technically literate with strong Excel abilities

• A positive attitude and a good team player
