YOUR ROLE

Are you ready to be part of a fast-growing and innovative Device Lifecycle Management solution for mobile telephony? We are looking for a Process Controlroom Specialist (PCS) who is key to ensuring a smooth supply chain and continuously striving for improvements to exceed the needs of our customers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a PCS, you will be the central point in our supply chain network, ensuring that all partners achieve their daily goals. You effortlessly navigate through various challenges, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and never lose sight of the diverse KPIs. Your tasks include:

• Proactively monitoring supply chain processes and quickly responding to changes;
• Coordinating activities at repair centers and warehouses in the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom to ensure an excellent customer experience;
• Efficient communication with suppliers, warehouses, and customers to resolve issues and optimize processes;
• Contributing to improving existing processes and establishing new ones;
• Incident management and operational process management based on accurate data.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or similar;
• 1 - 4 years of work experience in a logistics or service environment;
• Strong analytical skills, persuasiveness, and a structured approach;
• A curious mindset and the ability to provide well-founded advice;
• Excellent command of English and preerbaly Dutch, both orally and in writing;
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 3,206.84 and € 4,629.83 and 8% vacation pay (salary depending on your work experience and education level);
• You will start with a one-year contract and then have the prospect of a permanent contract;
