As a greenhouse worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to plant cultivation. Your main duties will include:
- Hand pollination of plants.
- Removal of flower caps and seed extraction.
- Quality control of seeds and plants.
- Daily work in the greenhouse in accordance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Team collaboration focused on achieving seasonal goals.
Working Hours: Between 6:00 and 16:00, depending on the season.

Wat wij vragen
- Experience in greenhouse work or a similar environment.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch or English.
- Availability to work a minimum of 36-38 hours per week.
- Good physical condition (work in standing or crouching positions).
- Own transportation.

Wat wij bieden
- Salary: €15.72 gross per hour, plus overtime and holiday bonuses.
- Saturday bonus: 160%.
- Sunday bonus: 200%.
- Travel reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometer.
- 8.33% holiday allowance and annual raises according to the collective labor agreement.
