Over de functie

As a Orderpicker, you play a crucial role each day in keeping the warehouse running smoothly. You will work in a modern, well-organized logistics center where attention to detail and teamwork make the difference. Your main tasks include picking and packing products using handheld scanners and EPT. You’ll also take part in regular stock checks and help keep the workspace safe and tidy. You’ll be moving around the warehouse throughout your shift, so expect an active and engaging workday. Typical shift times are Monday till Friday, with occasional weekend shifts, and working hours are between 7:00 and 17:00 with future possibility to work also on second shift.

Own accommodation and transport
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes quickly
Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages of up to approximately 23 kg
Flexible availability, including the possibility of weekend work
Basic knowledge of Dutch English or Polish for communication

Wat wij bieden

€15.75 gross per hour (including ADV allowance)
Shift & weekend allowances on top of base salary:
+25% (€18.39/h): Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
+50% (€22.07/h): Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
+100% (€29.42/h): Sunday
