Over de functie

As a Order picker at Albert Heijn Eindhoven, you play a vital role in keeping the online orders running smoothly. Your daily routine includes picking orders with a handheld scanner, checking the quality of products, and managing stock levels. With the scanner, you’ll see exactly which item goes to which location, scan barcodes, and ensure every order is accurate. You’ll work in a modern warehouse, often in cool conditions to keep products fresh. The environment is lively, with team members supporting each other to get the job done. Your main responsibilities are:

  • Picking online orders using a scanner
  • Checking order quality before shipment
  • Managing and organizing stock in the warehouse
  • Following clear location and barcode systems
  • Ensuring your work area remains clean and organized
  • Collaborating with your team to meet daily targets

You’ll work in a 3-shift system: mornings (06:00 – 14:30), afternoons (14:30 – 23:00), and nights (23:00 – 06:00). Weekend shifts are part of the schedule, so flexibility is important.

Wat wij vragen

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or similar environments (e.g., warehouse assistant, logistics worker)
  • Able to communicate in English at a basic level
  • Available to work also in weekends
  • Willing to work in a 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, night)
  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Currently living in the Netherlands and have private accommodation
  • Looking for a long-term, stable job
