We are looking for motivated Order Pickers with EPT for a large distribution centre in Almere.

As a warehouse employee in the HR department, you will be responsible for order picking, preparing products for shipment, checking product quality, and keeping the work area clean and organized. The job is physically demanding and requires standing and walking for long periods. You must be able to work accurately, efficiently, and at a fast pace. Flexibility for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts may be required.

The warehouse operates in different departments and temperature zones, including refrigerated and frozen areas. Good command of English
Physically fit and able to perform demanding warehouse work
Able to stand, walk, and lift products during the shift
Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately 10°C
Available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, flexible, and motivated
Warehouse or order-picking experience is an advantage
EPT experience is an advantage
Own transport is preferred due to shift times

Wat wij bieden

Gross hourly wage of €14.99
25% shift allowance between 20:00 and 22:00
50% shift allowance between 22:00 and 06:00
Additional Sunday allowance may apply
8% additional allowance for refrigerated or frozen departments
Full-time work with approximately 40 guaranteed hours per week
