Join Mifa in Venlo as an Operator Finishing and bring precision and care to the assembly, finishing and machining of aluminium extrusion profiles.Over de functie
As an Operator Finishing at Mifa, you will be part of the production team and responsible for the assembly, finishing and machining of aluminium extrusion profiles.
You will carry out repetitive technical production activities according to customer specifications and defined tolerances, working with hand tools and machinery such as drills, grinders, milling machines, lathes and belt sanders.
Your responsibilities include:
Reading work instructions and technical drawings
Assembling products according to drawings and instructions
Screwing and gluing components
Installing inserts, helicoils, rivet nuts and rivets
Deburring, brushing and sanding aluminium profiles
Drilling, reaming and tapping
Working with hand tools and machinery such as drills, grinders, milling machines, lathes and belt sanders
Checking dimensions using measuring tools such as calipers
Visually inspecting products for damage and quality deviations
Registering completed orders in the digital system
Supporting and training new employees
Performing minor maintenance and keeping the workplace clean and safe

Wat wij vragen
Experience in assembly, finishing or technical production
Technical affinity and comfortable working with hand tools
Able to read basic technical drawings and instructions
Accurate and quality-focused
Able to work independently
VMBO working and thinking level
Knowledge of assembly activities and production processes
Dutch or English language knowledge
Wat wij bieden
Salary between €2,870 and €3,677 gross per month, depending on experience and skill level
Full-time position, day shift
Regular working days from Monday to Friday
