We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable teacher to deliver both MYP/DP Physics as well as the Career-related Studies (CRS) within the IB Career-related Programme (CP) IT pathway at ISAlmere. The CRS teaching role involves teaching BTEC IT units to CP1 and CP2 students for a few hours per week, with a strong focus on applied learning, digital skills, and preparing students for future careers in technology and business.

Requirements and profile:

Completed a Master’s degree in the requested subject, or willing to complete the Masters Degree;
(International) Teaching Qualification / Certificate that qualifies for accreditation according to the Dutch educational system;
Excellent command of the English language;
Experience of teaching in IB-MYP and IB-DP will be preferred;
Only applicants who have a residence/work permit in the Netherlands and a “Verklaring van goed gedrag”(VOG) will be required upon appointment.

The package will be commensurate with the responsibilities of the position and will include the following elements:

Salary depending on previous experience and qualifications (based on the Dutch CAO VO (Collective Labour Agreement Secondary Education).
ABP Retirement/Pension scheme.
School closure Holidays.
