Who we are
We are a Czech expat family who have spent the last nine years discovering the world — seven years living in Marbella, Spain, and the last two in Phuket, Thailand. We have business activities across Spain, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and our lives reflect the international, curious approach we bring to everything we do. Our two children — Adam (8) and Diana (10) — are growing up in a world without borders. Fluent in English, confident in international settings, and at home in a community of over 50 nationalities.
Our vision
We believe education should go far beyond the classroom. Alongside the British curriculum, we want our children to develop curiosity, confidence, communication skills, creativity, independence, and a genuine love of learning.
Who we are looking for
Recent Graduate or Final-Year Student in Primary Education, with a genuine passion for child development, international living, and experiential learning — someone who brings passion, creativity, and dedication to every day, whether that means working through a maths challenge at the kitchen table, coaching swimming technique, exploring a local market, or helping prepare for a school presentation.

Compensation package includes:
- Fully covered private accommodation in Phuket
- Full health insurance coverage for the entire duration of your stay in Thailand

Profiel kandidaat
We are looking for someone who enjoys inspiring children through everyday life — through reading together, exploring science, encouraging sport, supporting creativity, or simply having meaningful conversations about the world around them.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Passion for education and child development
- Ability to play a musical instrument (ideally piano) and inspire children through music.
- Proactive mindset and independence
- Time flexibility
- Long-term interest in cooperation (minimum 2 academic years)
- International experience is a strong advantage (au-pair, Erasmus, study abroad, etc.)
