As a Machine Operator, you play an important role in the production process. Your tasks include:
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Solving machine malfunctions and troubleshooting technical issues
- Performing product changes (such as mold changes)
- Carrying out daily production quality checks
- Working according to quality and safety regulations
- Following Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines
- Joining daily shift meetings with the Shift Leader
You will be working in a 5-shift rotation system:
- You will work in a rotating 2-2-2 schedule (6 days):
- 2 morning shifts (06:00 – 14:00)
- 2 afternoon shifts (14:00 – 22:00)
- 2 night shifts (22:00 – 06:00)
- Followed by 4 days off

Wat wij vragen
- Experience as a Machine Operator
- Technical insight and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
- Own transportation (bike, scooter, or car)
- 7 days availability for rotating shifts

- Salary between €22.60 and €25.00 gross per hour
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- Annual bonus
