Over de functie

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient processes during your shift. You will supervise a dedicated team, coach and motivate staff, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.

Supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations
Monitor team performance and ensure safety and quality standards are met
Apply and promote 5S principles
Lead, motivate, and coach team members
Communicate effectively across departments
Support the Shift Leader and act as their deputy when needed
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency
Train and onboard new employees
Help ensure a safe working environment, aiming for zero incidents
