The job

As the Leader of Administration, you use your leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of the school’s administration. You manage a small administration team responsible for tasks such as orders, finance, admissions, student data, travel, and communication with students, parents, colleagues, visitors and the SILFO staff bureau. You provide support and coaching to team members to foster their development and act as case manager in the event of absenteeism. Additionally, you support SLT members by preparing agendas, taking and archiving minutes, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to agreements and procedures. As Leader of Administration, you are accountable to the ISE Director.

• Salary grading takes place in scale 9 (min. € 3.179,- max € 4.804,-) regarding collective agreement for secondary education (CAO VO);
• Excellent benefit conditions including 8.33% year-end bonus, training opportunities, ABP Pension and various voluntary participation in collective insurances;
