Over de functie

As a Quality Operator, you make sure that all outgoing pallets fully meet the customer’s requirements every day. You inspect orders, check if everything is correct, and record the condition of pallets. Using a handheld scanner, you scan all products and take photos as proof before the shipment leaves. If you notice any damages, you log them and ensure repairs are made before shipping. You closely follow procedures and customer-specific quality rules. You work in a modern warehouse, surrounded by an enthusiastic team. Your main tasks include:

Inspecting every outgoing pallet for quality and customer requirements
Checking orders during the final check before shipping
Performing scanning tasks with a handheld scanner
Taking photos of pallets as proof of condition
Spotting, documenting, and if necessary, repairing damages
Working according to established procedures and quality standards

You work full-time, 38 to 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. The working hours are in 2 shifts.

Wat wij vragen

Minimum mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
At least 1 year of experience as a quality employee, quality operator, order checker, or similar role in logistics
Good command of the English language (at least B1 level, speaking, writing, and reading)
Experience working with handheld scanners and digital workflows
Strong eye for detail and accuracy in counting and checking
Physically able to work at a fast pace
Willingness to successfully complete a written English test after training
