You are a dynamic and energetic professional who is preferably an experienced teacher in international education. Familiarity with the different educational philosophies at secondary level in the Netherlands, and abroad is an advantage. You are passionate about successful learning and well-being of students aged 11 to 16 in the IB Middle Years Programme. You are ready to be part of the senior management team of the school and are motivated to shape and maintain the strategic direction and management of the whole school. You are actively interested in the educational development of IBMYP and IBDP. You are flexible and willing to invest a considerable degree of time and energy, as sometimes tasks will have to be carried out outside the normal office hours. You have excellent communication skills and ability to react well to setbacks and unexpected challenges. You are fluent in English and have a working proficiency of Dutch. You hold an “Eerstegraads” teaching qualification, either from a Dutch university, or a foreign qualification endorsed by Dutch education authorities.
