Wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage starting from €16.01, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, totaling 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance from 20 kilometers per day at €0.14 per kilometer
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% accumulation of vacation hours and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days with a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• 8-month employment contract with a 1-month probation period and potential for a permanent contract

Jouw baan
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and support the housekeeping team at Art’otel Amsterdam, located near Central Station. In this role, you will ensure the hotel remains spotless and inviting while motivating your team to deliver top-quality service. This is a great opportunity for someone with housekeeping experience who is eager to develop their leadership skills and grow within our company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and motivating the housekeeping team, ensuring high cleaning standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Conducting room checks to maintain quality and cleanliness levels.
• Training and coaching housekeeping staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Communicating with other departments, reporting any issues or special requests.
• Helping clean rooms when needed, especially during busy periods—this role requires someone hands-on and willing to support the team!

Jij bent

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Leadership skills—someone who can organize, motivate, and support a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, not afraid to help clean rooms when the team needs support.
• Fluent in English (Dutch or other languages are a plus).
• Flexible availability 5 days per week, including weekends.
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby.
