- Control and collect small plants and seeds
- Pull weeds from planting areas
- Pick flowers and inspect for quality
- Work at the production line in the warehouse section, planting small plants into trays while seated
- Tend to larger plants in the greenhouse: check, replant, and remove weeds
- Work Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays during high season
Shifts typically start at 6:00 a.m. and end around 3:00 p.m.; on hot days, shifts may start at 5:00 a.m. and finish by 2:00 p.m.

- Competitive salary of € 14.99 per hour
- Overtime bonus of 135% after 38 hours
- Travel reimbursement of € 0.23 per kilometer for one-way trips between 10 and 26 kilometers
