As a Greenhouse Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and productivity of our greenhouse facilities in Bleiswijk. You’ll be working hands-on with a variety of plants, ensuring they are well cared for and thrive in their environment. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Planting, watering, and maintaining plants to promote healthy growth
- Monitoring plant health and checking for signs of disease or pests
- Assisting with harvesting and packaging plants for distribution
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse
- Operating basic greenhouse equipment and technology
The work environment is lively and diverse, with shifts running Monday to Friday, offering consistent hours each week. Occasionally, you may be required to work weekend shifts, with extra pay provided for these hours.

Wat wij vragen
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role such as Greenhouse Assistant or Plant Care Specialist
- Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for tasks that involve standing and moving for extended periods
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
