As a technician, your responsibilities will include:
Installing horticultural lighting systems in greenhouses
Connecting prefabricated cables and assembling control panels
Performing system checks and ensuring proper operation
Conducting maintenance and repair work
Preparing components and assembling equipment in the workshop
No prior experience is required. We provide full training on the job. If you're motivated and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to start a technical career.

Proficiency in English or Romanian or Dutch
Men with basic technical skills or interest in technology
Motivated and reliable candidates
No previous experience required
Willing to work both in the factory and on greenhouse locations
Driving licence required
Not afraid of heights; experience with construction platforms is a plus
Able to work independently and within a team
