As an Expedition Employee, you will be an important point of contact for drivers who collect and deliver parcels throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. You will help ensure that the daily expedition operations at our Dordrecht location run smoothly.
You will handle incoming questions, support drivers and keep the administration up to date. You will also help with small logistics tasks whenever necessary.
Your daily responsibilities:
- communicating with drivers and supporting them with questions or issues
- processing drivers' payroll administration
- registering and handling customer questions and tickets
- helping ensure smooth and efficient daily expedition operations
- keeping administration and records up to date
- carrying out small logistics tasks when needed
- working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic logistics environment, likes helping people and can combine administrative tasks with practical logistics work.
You will work from Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00, giving you your afternoons free.
