Executive Hospitality & Catering Host ASML Board

As an experienced Hospitality employee high-end F&B at ASML in Veldhoven, you are responsible for delivering premium hospitality and catering services during Board of Directors meetings, client visits, and exclusive events. You move effortlessly between different stakeholders and understand exactly how to provide professional, polished, and discreet service.

You ensure guests feel welcome, anticipate their needs, and adapt quickly when last-minute changes arise. Thanks to your hospitality mindset and strong organizational skills, every meeting and event runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hospitality and catering services during Board of Directors meetings, executive lunches, client visits, and exclusive events;
• Prepare meeting rooms, lunch setups, and hospitality areas to the highest standards with exceptional attention to detail;
• Provide professional food & beverage service with a strong focus on presentation, quality, discretion, and guest experience;
• Act as the primary point of contact for hospitality-related requests and coordinate effectively with all relevant stakeholders;
• Organize and prioritize daily activities independently, take ownership of the service delivery, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement;
• Work within the One Team philosophy and actively contribute to a professional, collaborative, and positive partnership with all involved service teams;
• Anticipate guest needs, respond effectively to last-minute changes, and ensure a seamless and worry-free experience for all guests.

Working hours
This position is available for 32 to 38 hours per week. You will primarily work Monday through Friday between 7:00 and 15:30. Occasionally, some flexibility may be required to support special meetings or events. The good news is that your weekends are generally free!

You understand better than anyone what high-end hospitality means. You are professional, presentable, and naturally able to anticipate guests' needs. In addition:

• You have experience in high-end hospitality and premium food & beverage service, preferably within executive hospitality environments such as Board meetings, executive lunches, client events, and formal dining occasions;
• You are professional, discreet, and confident when interacting with executives, clients, and international guests;
• You remain calm under pressure, adapt easily to last-minute changes, and consistently deliver an excellent guest experience;
• You possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude;
• You are fluent in English. Dutch is a plus, but not required;
• You are willing to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

• A gross monthly salary between €2.645 and €3.289, based on a 38-hour workweek and aligned with your background and experience;
• 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
