As a Production Worker in De Lier, you’ll play an essential role on the production line, handling sweet peppers during the busy Dutch growing season. You work in a modern facility where sorting, packing, and repacking are the main focus. Your job is to ensure that the peppers are processed efficiently and meet all quality standards. You’ll spend your days on the production floor with a friendly team, following clear instructions and supporting each other to get the job done right. The work environment is active, and you’ll always know what to expect each day.
- Sort and inspect peppers for quality and size
- Pack and repack peppers according to customer requirements
- Operate basic machinery safely after training
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
You work five days a week in day shifts, making it easier to maintain a good work-life balance. Shift times are regular, and you’ll have scheduled breaks to recharge throughout your day.
