Every day, you will provide an inspiring teaching and learning environment where students can grow, flourish, and succeed in learning the Dutch language. You will collaborate with colleagues and teams to support each student to develop their competencies in
order to reach their full potential.

The International School Eindhoven (ISE) is part of the Stichting Internationaal Lokaal en Funderend Onderwijs (SILFO). With 6 schools offering both primary and secondary education, including international programs, we are a foundation with a wide range of

What can you expect from us?
- A full time appointment (part time can be considered) for the 2025-2026 school year (starting on 14-08-2025);
- Salary grading takes place in scale LB (min. € 3.463,- max € 5.277,-);
- Excellent benefit conditions including 8.33% year-end bonus, training opportunities, ABP Pension and various voluntary participation in collective insurances;
- An opportunity to join a very well established IB world school which serves students with over more than 55 different nationalities;
- Friendly and supportive staff, and wonderful students who are eager to learn.
Profiel kandidaat
This is what we expect of you
- Experience of teaching Dutch Language Acquisition (Dutch as second language or NT2) to students (11 to 18 years);
- You have a relevant degree, are eligible to work in the EU and you have a DUO recognized teaching qualification;
- You have a good command of spoken and written English;
- Ability to work in a team of IB MYP and IB Diploma Dutch language acquisition staff;
- Ability to use differentiation effectively in class to support a range of student abilities;
- Willingness to embrace the conceptual approach and innovative practices of the IB MYP and Diploma Programmes.
