Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en toegewijde docent Nederlands die boeiend taalonderwijs kan geven aan leerlingen van 3-11 jaar op onze basisschool. Deze functie is ter vervanging tijdens zwangerschapsverlof en vereist een creatieve en flexibele aanpak in een internationale en diverse omgeving.
Campus: Junior School Vlaskamp

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Het geven van boeiende en interactieve lessen Nederlands aan basisschoolleerlingen van 3-11 jaar, met behulp van creatieve en communicatieve methodologieën.
• Het bevorderen van een positieve, veilige en inclusieve klasomgeving, waarbij actieve participatie en enthousiasme voor het leren van Nederlands worden gestimuleerd.
• Het plannen, voorbereiden en verzorgen van goed gestructureerde lessen die aansluiten bij het curriculum en de richtlijnen van de school.
• Het aanpassen van lesmethodes en differentiëren om tegemoet te komen aan de diverse vaardigheden en leerbehoeften binnen elke groep.
• Het beoordelen, volgen en geven van feedback over de voortgang van leerlingen ter ondersteuning van hun taal- en culturele ontwikkeling.
• Samenwerken met Nederlandse collega’s om werkvormen, ideeën en strategieën te delen en bij te dragen aan een samenhangend en effectief onderwijsteam.
• Effectief communiceren met collega’s binnen de bredere schoolgemeenschap en met ouders.

Geboden wordt

- EUR 3,161 - EUR 4,302 gross per month depending on experience.
- 9% holiday allowance.
- This role is a part-time (0.7 FTE) and a temporary maternity cover from 18 May 2025 to 19 December 2025.
