Become the key connection between DHL Supply Chain, our customers, and internal teams by delivering smooth and reliable logistics solutions every day. In this role, you will support a global technology leader, Nokia, by ensuring efficient shipment flows, resolving challenges, and building strong customer relationships. Join a dynamic environment where your ideas, accuracy, and proactive approach directly contribute to the success of worldwide supply chain operations.

Your key responsibilities:

Support customers with shipment updates, orders, and logistics solutions
Collaborate with Transport, Planning, and Customs teams to ensure smooth operations
Resolve logistics issues and improve customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely task completion
Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication

Working hours:

You will work from Monday till Friday in 2 shift system:

6:00 -15:00
13:00-22:00 or 15:00-24:00

Wat wij vragen

Private accommodation
Previous experience working within logistics field
Fluent spoken and written English
Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
Customer - oriented, proactive, and patient when handling multiple questions
A high level of accuracy and independency with ability to work under time pressure
