We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium for a full-time position in 't Harde (A28, between Harderwijk and Zwolle), working in a 2- or 3-shift system. You will finish, check and prepare high-precision machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment. Salary €2769 – €3973 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance. Housing and transport can be arranged

We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium to finish and prepare machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment.

This is a hands-on technical position where you will work on high-precision, scratch-sensitive components for large machine frames and vacuum chambers used in the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Do you have basic metalworking experience and a sharp eye for detail? Then you can also start at entry level and grow from there.

What will you do?

• Finish machined aluminium parts: deburring, grinding, chamfering, polishing and cleaning
• Drill and tap holes
• Fit inserts such as helicoils
• Check parts against the technical drawing
• Prepare parts for assembly and cleanroom use
• Handle high-precision, scratch-sensitive components with great care

Our client is a high-tech specialist in machining, welding and assembly of large machine frames and vacuum chambers for the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. The company is part of a large international technology group and is located in 't Harde, between Harderwijk and Zwolle.

Wat wij vragen

• Experience as a bench fitter or metalworker; aluminium experience is a plus
• Starters with basic metal experience are welcome (start at level 1)
• Good hand skills and a sharp eye for detail and quality
• Able to read technical drawings
• English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU passport or valid NL work permit
• Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
