Our client is a leading development and production partner in the high tech industry, with locations in Hoofddorp and Vessem. The company specializes in pneumatics, vacuum technology, fluid control, and damping technology, developing, assembling, and supplying high quality mechatronic modules and systems for customers with high standards in terms of quality and precision.

With approximately 135 employees, the company works every day on innovative technical solutions for industries including semiconductors, machine building, and automation. Over de functie

As an Assembly Technician, you will work on the assembly of high quality precision mechanical and mechatronic products in a cleanroom environment. Based on technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards, you will assemble components and complete modules with the highest level of precision.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling precision mechanical and mechatronic products;
• Assembling hose bundles, tubing, fittings, and other high tech components;
• Performing quality inspections and checking products for dimensions and functionality;
• Working according to cleanroom procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing, testing, and getting products ready for shipment;
• Actively contributing ideas for improving work processes, quality, and efficiency.

You will receive a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure that you become familiar with all processes and quality standards.

Wie ben jij?

You are precise, have an eye for detail, and place a strong emphasis on quality. You have a technical mindset, are eager to learn, and feel comfortable working in a production environment where precision is essential. You are able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO level technical education or equivalent practical and intellectual working level;
• Experience in precision mechanical or technical assembly;
• An affinity with technology and a quality focused approach to work;
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
• Experience working in a cleanroom is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus;
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and team oriented attitude;
• Willingness to work in a two shift system;
• Good command of either Dutch or English.
