You start your day surrounded by greenery in a modern greenhouse in Bleiswijk. As a Production & Greenhouse Worker, you and your colleagues make sure that plants and crops are harvested, sorted, and packaged on time. You work with fresh products and immediately see the result of your efforts. Safety and quality are top priorities, so you pay close attention to ensure everything meets the set standards. You operate simple machines, keep your work area tidy, and help out with logistics tasks such as preparing products for transport. You work weekdays in daytime shifts, 36 to 40 hours per week, usually from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

- At least 1 year of experience as a production worker, harvest worker, or similar role in horticulture or production
- Able to do physical work and comfortable being active all day
- Speaks Dutch or English
- Lives in (or near) Bleiswijk or has own transportation
- Works accurately and independently
- Available for at least 36 hours per week
