We’re hiring a Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (32-40 hours/week) with a knack for technical integrations, based near Nieuwegein.

What’s the Adventure?

As our Project Manager, you’ll guide the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO within our organization and roll it out across our European sister companies. Think of yourself as the mastermind orchestrating smooth transitions and bringing people, processes, and systems into harmony.

While you won’t be doing the technical integrations yourself (that’s a job for your skilled colleague), you’ll be the glue that holds everything together—managing the project, aligning stakeholders, and keeping everything on track.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Way: Manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO across our organization and sister companies.
• Roll It Out Right: Ensure structured, efficient rollouts aligned with process guidelines.
• Be the Bridge: Connect internal teams, IT partners, and your integration-focused colleague to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Stay on Top: Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality, keeping everything on course.
• Solve Problems: Identify and resolve bottlenecks with creativity and confidence.
• Empower Others: Train and support key users and employees, ensuring everyone embraces the new system.

Profiel kandidaat

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record as a Project Manager in ERP implementations, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO.
• A solid understanding of technical integrations to collaborate effectively with your colleague managing the technical side.
• Bonus points if you have experience in the dental industry (but it’s not a dealbreaker).
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a knack for stakeholder management.
• A proactive approach to change management and an eye for detail.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally within Europe.
