YOUR ROLE
As Operational Training Lead you are responsible for the (further) development of the training programs for the logistics operations within our warehouse. Youâre able to manage all stakeholders, to make sure that the training of the operators is as effective and efficient as possible. Furthermore, youâre responsible for the âon the jobâ training of our employees and for instructing them in the right way. So, in this position, you are the trainers trainer.
To achieve the above mentioned goals, you work closely together with Operations, Workforce, HR, LEAN-colleagues and Learning & Development professionals.
As Operational Training Lead you report to the Manager Operational Training, in one of our bol. fulfilment warehouses in Waalwijk.
