YOUR ROLE
As Logistics Team Leader you are the center of our fulfillment operation. Together with your team you determine the success during the construction and expansion phase of our warehouse in Tilburg!
In the role of Logistics Team Leader you will lead a sub-process within the operation. This means that you will work in the Inbound, Picking/Packing or Outbound department. A few months after the kick-off of the operation, your team consists of 50 to 100 operators and 2 to 4 team coordinators who specialize in the process. You enthuse and motivate your team to realize goals and you work constructively on the development of your people. Obviously, you are closely involved in the design and improvements of your sub-process and the performance of your team. In the position of Logistics Team Leader, you report to the Operations Manager.
