We offer
- Gross hourly wage starting from €15.52, depending on your work experience*
- Salary paid every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year
- Travel allowance: €0.14 per kilometre from 20 km per day
- 8% holiday pay, paid out in May
- 10% holiday hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
- 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
- Multiple fixed-term contract opportunities
- The opportunity to obtain your SVS Cleaning Diploma (basic cleaning qualification)
- Training and development opportunities to grow into roles such as Supervisor or Lead Cleaner
Gross hourly wage applies from the age of 20.Your jobAt Diergaarde Blijdorp, you will work in a unique environment where no morning is ever the same. As a Cleaner, you ensure that workspaces, sanitary facilities, and other areas are clean, fresh, and presentable for both colleagues and visitors.
You will work independently as well as alongside your colleagues, staying active throughout your shift. Because you work across different locations within the park, your job remains varied and you will discover something new every day.
Working hours: - Monday to Sunday
- 06:15 AM to 08:45 AM

You are - At least 18 years old
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus
- Able to speak and understand Dutch
- Flexible and reliable in your work
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality
- Physically fit and able to cycle between locations
- Living in Rotterdam or the surrounding area
- Comfortable working independently while also being a team player
