We offer

• Gross hourly wage starting from €16.70, depending on your experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometer from 20 kilometers per day
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% vacation hours accrual and a 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• An 8-month contract with a one-month probation period and the prospect of a permanent contract

Your job
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You lead the team, monitor room quality, and assist with cleaning when needed. Together, you create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating daily schedules and distributing tasks
• Inspecting guest rooms and taking corrective action when needed
• Leading, supporting, and motivating team members
• Maintaining communication with the front office regarding room status and special requests
• Assisting with cleaning duties when required

Working Hours
You are flexible and available to work from Monday through Sunday. Shifts are typically scheduled between 08:00 and 17:00, depending on occupancy levels and operational needs.

You are

• Flexibly available from Monday through Sunday (including at least two weekends per month)
• An experienced housekeeping professional with leadership skills
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English
• Independent, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• Living in Rotterdam or the surrounding area

Experience supervising colleagues and handling basic administrative tasks is an advantage.
