We offer

• A salary between €15.52 and €17.05 gross per hour, depending on the applicable pay scale.
• A full-time 7 months contract of 32–37 hours per week, with the intention to extend
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, so 13 payments per year.
• 8% holiday allowance, 10% holiday hours and a 5% year-end bonus.
• Travel allowance according to our company policy.

Your job
As a Room Attendant at Hotel Okura Amsterdam, you make sure hotel rooms look perfect for our guests. You work in a beautiful 5-star environment where cleanliness and attention to detail are very important.

During your working day, you will:

• Clean and prepare around 15 hotel rooms per day, depending on the rooms and occupancy.
• Make beds and clean bathrooms.
• Dust, vacuum and keep rooms fresh and tidy.
• Replace towels and refill guest supplies.
• Check that everything in the room is clean and ready for the next guest.
• Work together with your housekeeping colleagues to keep the hotel looking its best.

Work Schedule

• Start at 9:00 AM and finish around 5:00 PM.
• 5 days a week, including weekends.

You don't need to be a housekeeping expert. We are mainly looking for someone who enjoys cleaning, works carefully and takes pride in a job well done.

• Speaks and understands English well enough to communicate with colleagues.
• Is available for 32–37 hours per week, including weekends.
• Enjoys physical work and likes to stay active.
• Works carefully and pays attention to small details.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Is reliable, friendly and motivated.

Good to know: Hotel Okura Amsterdam has specific grooming standards to maintain its professional 5-star appearance.
This means:

• No visible tattoos while working.
• No visible piercings while working.
• Hair must be in a natural-looking colour.
• A neat and professional appearance.
